The UBJ series squeeze mortar pump, integrating the functions of press grouting, conveying, grouting, spouting and plastering etc. into one, is characterized in average discharging speed, high pump conveying pressure, long distance, high production efficiency and pressure grouting. With good spouting effect, the pump is set with a twice agitator to directly convey the mixed mortar into the pump chamber without disintegration and deposit, eliminating the common phenomenon of blocking for the mortar, being widely used for engineering of construction, highway, tunnel, bridge, water conservancy, mine and line, etc.
The UBJ series squeeze mortar pump is applicable to the pressure grouting for engineering cavities and gaps. With the anchor bolt supporting pressure grouting, tunnel wall filled with construction material, slope protection jet grouting, foundation engineering mixing pile grouting, the pump is applicable to highway, bridge, tunnel, mine, construction, reservoir and other projects. Spray the bottom layer and various surface layers of large area wall, conduct pressure grouting with stretching process after pressurization, mortar conveying, foundation construction pressure grouting, and be used for manufacturing the glass-fiber reinforced cement products in GRC industry. Manufacture large and medium scale concrete prefabricated units. Be used for sprayed on insulation and fireproof materials on the inner wall of blast furnace in petrochemical and metallurgical industries.
